The management team take time in selecting and recruiting staff. Prospective staff are carefully interviewed and are required to provide details for both character and previous job references, before employment commences. All staff must have a ‘clean’ current Enhanced CRB/DBS disclosure to ensure that they are suitable to work with young children.

Our key person system helps to support children as they settle into the nursery environment, by providing a familiar consistent adult that they can develop a positive and secure relationship with. The key person will be sensitive and responsive in meeting the child’s individual needs, by developing play opportunities that will help progress your child through the developmental stages within the EYFS.
